This lifetime warranty is void if not installed and serviced by DOC & HOLLIDAY, or its authorized dealer or agent. Any claim of this lifetime warranty must be made through DOC & HOLLIDAY, or its authorized dealer or agent.
Parts returned hereunder will be shipped by conventional surface freight to DOC & HOLLIDAY via prepaid freight. If the parts are determined by DOC & HOLLIDAY, in its sole discretion, to be defective, DOC & HOLLIDAY will repair or replace and return the parts prepaid by conventional surface freight carrier. The cost of shipping (as provided herein) of original purchase, the shipping cost and labor costs shall be the sole responsibility of the owner.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. DOC & HOLLIDAY neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for DOC & HOLLIDAY any obligation or liability in connection with our products.
