BILLIARD TABLES

Brunswick Billiards parantezAc"Brunswick"parantezKapa hereby warrants that its billiards tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the table is owned by the original owner.  See separate warranty for cloth and cushion rubber below.

SHUFFLEBOARD TABLES

Brunswick warrants that its shuffleboard playfield will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the table is owned by the original owner.

Brunswick warrants that its shuffleboard cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase as long as the table is owned by the original owner.

FURNITURE AND THE ONLY GREEN

Brunswick warrants that its furniture and the Only Green will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year after the date of purchase of the furniture to the original Owner.

CENTENNIAL^® AND HERITAGE^® BILLIARD BALLS

Brunswick warrants that it's Centennial® and Heritage® billiards balls will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, as long as the balls are owned by the original Owner.

CENTENNIAL^® CUES

Brunswick warrants that its Centennial® cues will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner.

SHUFFLEBOARD LIGHTS AND SCORER

Brunswick warrants that its shuffleboard light and shuffleboard scorer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner.

TABLE TENNIS GAME TABLES AND TABLE TENNIS CONVERSION TOP

Brunswick warrants that its Table Tennis Game Tables and its Table Tennis Conversion Top will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner.

ALL OTHER BRUNSWICK CUES, LIGHTS, AIR HOCKEY® TABLES AND FOOSBALL TABLES

Brunswick warrants that all other cues, lights, Air Hockey® tables and foosball tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner.

BRUNSWICK CENTENNIAL® AND TRADITIONAL CLOTH

Brunswick warrants that its cloth will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year from the date of installation. Friction marks on the cloth occur naturally over time with regular play and are therefore not covered by the terms of this Warranty. Brunswick warrants that its Centennial Cloth shall maintain reasonable stain resistance for one parantezAc1parantezKapa year from the date of purchase as long as the product is owned by the original Owner. A stain is considered unreasonable if the liquid includes any traces of grease or if it is left on the cloth 20 minutes or longer.

BRUNSWICK AGREES to parantezAcat its discretionparantezKapa repair, replace, or refund the cost of any and all parts determined by Brunswick to be defective, either in material or workmanship, with no charge to the Owner. Brunswick is not required to and will not replace the entire table, piece of furniture or product. To request warranty service under the terms of this Warranty, the Owner must contact an authorized Brunswick Billiards dealer. This Warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below. In no case shall Brunswick be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of the Warranty or any implied Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO: parantezAcaparantezKapa normal wear and tear; parantezAcbparantezKapa yellowing and chipping of billiard balls; parantezAccparantezKapa defects or damage due to flood, accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; parantezAcdparantezKapa demonstration tables, furniture or product, floor samples parantezAcunless proven structurally defective, the definition of which does not include nicks, dents, scratches, gouges and flaws resulting from daily wear and tear due to being a floor sample or resulting from disassembly and reassembly of the floor sampleparantezKapa, pre-owned products parantezAcother than as expressly set forth hereinparantezKapa and non-commercial tables used in an institutional or commercial setting; parantezAceparantezKapa cloth, pockets, and cushion rubber parantezAcunless proven defective, in which case Brunswick shall provide a replacement to Owner, the installation of which shall be the responsibility of OwnerparantezKapa; parantezAcfparantezKapa tables, furniture, product, and/or components that have been installed or repaired by parties other than Brunswick or an authorized Brunswick dealer or agent; and parantezAcgparantezKapa damages exceeding the cost of the table, furniture, or product. Brunswick makes no warranty, express or implied parantezAcincluding any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purposeparantezKapa other than those expressly set out in this Warranty. Oral or written statements made by Brunswick dealers, distributors, agents, or sales representatives that are inconsistent with this Warranty are not certified by Brunswick and have no force or effect. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty may be brought more than one parantezAc1parantezKapa year after the cause of action has accrued.

Retail customers in the European Economic Area parantezAcEEAparantezKapa may have legal rights under applicable national legislation regarding the sale of consumer goods which are not affected by this limited warranty. The retail customer's legal rights under any applicable national legislation regarding the sale of consumer goods shall not be affected. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
